As a Customer Success Manager Germany, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and helping our clients get the most out of Returnless. You act as the key link between customers and our internal teams, with one clear goal: making customers successful with our software.
This role is especially important as we continue to grow in Germany. With JTL as our parent company, we expect many more German customers in the coming years. That is why we are looking for someone who can support and guide German-speaking customers in their own language, from onboarding and configuration to adoption and long-term success.
You are someone who:
- is a native German speaker
- enjoys working closely with customers, from entrepreneurial webshops to larger e-commerce players
- is structured, proactive, and takes ownership of customer questions until they are fully resolved
- is tech-savvy and picks up new tools, technologies, and concepts quickly
- has strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- likes to dive into customer challenges in detail and solve them independently
- has experience in e-commerce, SaaS, integrations, or customer success, this is a strong plus
- ideally lives Rheinland Westfalen (within 2 hours of Eindhoven)
- likes to enhance their powers with AI
what will you do? π©πΌβπ§
- You help German-speaking webshops get started with our software, from onboarding to full configuration, integration, and adoption
- You guide customers in setting up Returnless in the best possible way for their business
- You discuss customer challenges around returns and translate these into practical solutions within our platform
- You advise customers on how to use Returnless successfully and make sure they get value from the product
- You answer customer questions via email, phone, and video calls
- You support customers with technical and operational questions, such as account configuration, webshop settings, and API or integration-related topics
- You troubleshoot issues step by step until the problem is solved
- You work with integrations such as Magento, Shopify, Shopware, DHL and other carriers
- You identify upsell and expansion opportunities where relevant
- You collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Development to share customer feedback and improve the customer experience
- You document issues carefully and make sure colleagues are aligned on solutions and follow-up actions
