the role ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ

We are looking for a commercially driven person who can help us grow Returnless in the German market.

This is not about hard selling. Returnless solves a clear problem for online retailers, so your role is to understand their challenges, guide them through their decision-making process, and show how our platform can help. Our mindset is simple: we donโ€™t oversell, we overdeliver.

You are a native German speaker who communicates comfortably in English and has at least 2 years of experience in a commercial, sales, business development, or account executive role. You know how to build relationships, manage a pipeline, and guide potential customers towards the right solution.

Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, software, CRM tools, or digital solutions is a strong plus. Ideally, you live in Germany, preferably in North Rhine-Westphalia or within reasonable travel distance of Eindhoven.

You are someone who:

  • has a strong interest in e-commerce, SaaS, software, or digital tools
  • enjoys speaking with webshops and understanding their operational challenges
  • is proactive, structured, and takes ownership of your own pipeline
  • is commercially driven, but always consultative and customer-focused
  • likes using modern tools and AI to work smarter and more effectively
  • enjoys working in an international environment with Dutch and German colleagues

what will you do? ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿ”ง

  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, partnerships, and the wider JTL ecosystem
  • Develop your own outbound leads based on an ideal customer profile
  • Qualify prospects and understand their pain points, decision process, and buying criteria
  • Run product demos and show how Returnless can solve real returns challenges
  • Manage your sales pipeline in a structured way from first contact to signed deal
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Development
