As a Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You assist them with questions, issues, and challenges related to our product. You ensure that our customers can seamlessly use our software and play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction. You enjoy solving problems and thrive on making customers happy.

  • You are customer-focused and passionate about helping people.
  • You have problem-solving skills: you enjoy diving into a problem and won’t stop until it’s resolved.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can explain technical issues in a simple way.
  • You are organized and maintain oversight, even when handling multiple tasks at once.
  • Tech-savvy: you quickly adapt to new systems and software.
  • Experience with the e-commerce landscape and platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus.

What will you be doing at Returnless? πŸ› οΈ

  • You are responsible for first-line support for our customers, answering their questions via email, chat, and video calls.
  • You solve technical issues experienced by customers, such as account configuration, error messages in our software, or problems integrating online stores.
  • You guide customers step-by-step through our troubleshooting processes until the issue is fully resolved.
  • You work with integrations like Magento, Shopify, PostNL, Sendcloud, and more, helping customers understand and configure them effectively.
  • You accurately log issues in our system, ensuring colleagues have clear insight into progress and solutions.
  • You identify patterns in customer inquiries and share these insights with our team to improve our product and services.
  • You contribute ideas on how to enhance our support processes and deliver even more value to our customers.
