What are we looking for? π΅οΈ
As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the relationships with our customers. You will ensure that they get the best out of our product. You will also act as the central point of contact between the customer and our internal teams, aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- You get energy from interacting with our customers. These are merchants in all industries and of all sizes.
- You are result-driven and take responsibility for bringing issues to a successful conclusion.
- Tech-savvy: you understand modern technology, you learn new technology and concepts easily.
- You have good (or excellent) communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- You have the drive to figure out our customers' problems in detail and solve them independently.
- Experience with the e-commerce landscape is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English (both speaking and writing).

What will you be doing at Returnless? π οΈ
- You help merchants get started with our software. From initial onboarding to full integration and adoption.
- You sit down with customers to discuss what their problems are around returns, and are able to solve them with our software.
- You advise customers on how best to deploy our software and make sure they are happy with Returnless.
- You answer (technical) questions via e-mail, telephone and video calls.
- You solve technical problems that arise with our returnless solution. Such as account configuration, webshop settings or API integration questions. For example, we have integrations with Magento, Shopify, PostNL, DHL, Budbee, Homerr, Sendcloud.
- You walk our customers through a βtroubleshootβ process until their technical issue is resolved.
- You identify upsell opportunities to increase value for the customer and our business.
- You collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, marketing and development) to share customer feedback and implement improvements.
- You carefully log all issues in our software and make sure colleagues are aware of your solution.
