At Returnless, we are on track to become the leading return solution in Europe. In just three years, our small team has grown into a platform that assists over 750 online retailers in streamlining their returns. We proudly serve prominent retailers such as My Jewellery, Kamera Express, Josh V, and others. Currently, we operate in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany with a team of 25 enthusiastic colleagues.

🕵️ What are we looking for? 

In our journey to become the return solution of Europe, we are looking for commercial talents who will join us in connecting new customers. We are now active in the Netherlands, Belgium and are well on the way to also getting a foothold in Germany. For this, we are looking for you!

Our return solution sells itself, so we don’t do "hardcore" sales. Instead, you understand the needs of your contacts, guide them in their decision-making process, and can engage in technical discussions about their technical environment while brainstorming the desired solution. A key principle is We don't oversell, but overdeliver.

• You have a keen interest in e-commerce and are familiar with the landscape and complexities faced by online retailers.
• You are digitally savvy and enjoy working with online tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your work.
• Proactive, not passive. You are a driven individual who confidently and decisively pursues your goals.
• Neat and structured work is what you are comfortable with.
• You have a sense of marketing and can adeptly use marketing automation to manage your leads.
• You are customer-focused and skilled at listening to your customers to understand their actual problems or challenges.
• Contributing to the team's success energizes you, breaking new records every month and contributing to Returnless' growth. However, you are not afraid to meet your individual targets.
