We are looking for a driven and curious person who wants to kick off their SaaS sales career and grow into a full Account Executive.

This is not about hard selling. Returnless solves a clear problem for online retailers, so your role is to find the right people, spark the right conversations, and show them why solving their returns challenge is worth their time. Our mindset is simple: we don't oversell, we overdeliver.

You are a native Dutch speaker who communicates professionally in English. You do not need to have been an SDR before. What we are looking for is someone persistent, sharp, and genuinely interested in the e-commerce world. Drive and curiosity matter more than a perfect CV.

You are someone who:

  • Picks up the phone and does not freeze when things get challenging
  • Knows how to spark curiosity with the right questions, not just a scripted pitch
  • Is driven by results, but always thinks relationships first
  • Genuinely wants to understand the e-commerce world, not just sell into it
  • Works in a structured way, builds habits, and takes ownership of your own activity
  • Likes using modern tools and AI to work smarter and more effectively
  • Is ready to learn fast and step up when the moment comes

 

what will you do? πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ”§

  • Build your own pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting: cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Turn cold prospects into real conversations by asking the right questions and sparking genuine interest
  • Pick up and qualify inbound leads that need extra touchpoints before reaching demo stage
  • Work closely with Marketing and your Account Executives on territory strategy, account research, and opportunity development
  • Learn the Dutch e-commerce market: understand what webshops struggle with and speak their language
  • Keep the pipeline honest: log every conversation (our AI tooling does most of your work) in HubSpot and make sure your data reflects reality
