Build the product that makes e-commerce smarter and more sustainable
At Returnless, we believe a strong product is the most important driver of growth. That's why we're looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to work alongside our product and development team on a platform used daily by thousands of consumers and online stores.
We're not looking for a traditional backlog manager, we want someone who takes ownership. Someone who genuinely wants to understand customer problems, spots opportunities before they're explicitly voiced, and knows how to translate complex processes into smart, user-friendly solutions.
You'll get a lot of freedom, direct influence over product decisions, and work closely with development, customers, and the business.
How we work 🚀
We don't use Scrum, we use Shape Up. This shifts the focus away from endless user stories and toward:
- Discovery
- Understanding customer problems
- Developing smart solution directions
- Setting clear boundaries
- Autonomy within development
As a Product Manager, this gives you space to work more strategically and creatively on the product.
We also actively work with AI, both within our platform and in our internal processes. We're looking for someone who's curious about how AI can make product development smarter, faster, and more user-friendly.
what will you do? 👩🏼🔧
- Regularly speak with customers and stakeholders to sharpen your understanding of problems, needs, and opportunities
- Translate complex challenges into smart, intuitive, and scalable product solutions
- Work out ideas in flows, wireframes, fat-marker sketches, and clear product scopes
- Safeguard the user experience with a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and simplicity
- Collaborate closely with developers to arrive at the best technical and functional solution
- Actively contribute to product direction, priorities, and roadmap
- Stay involved during development to ensure solutions actually solve the user's problem
- Ensure new features are rolled out successfully and land well with customers
- Document processes and decisions clearly in tools like Notion
