As the Sales Lead you will be responsible for taking the commercial team in the Netherlands and Germany to the next level. You will build a stronger pipeline, develop the team and form a crucial link in the professionalization of our commercial processes. In this role you will take the lead in coaching, performance improvement and building our position within the e-commerce market.
- Full responsibility for Sales
- Managing and coaching the sales team (NL & DE, 7FTE)
- Build and expand pipeline, monitor and optimize performance.
- Analyze closed-won / closed-lost data, identify trends and implement improvement actions.
- Supervise demos, customer meetings, closings and coach team members.
- Strategic planning of expansion of the sales team.
- Collaborating with management (reporting to Head of Revenue) and thinking along in GTM / revenue strategy.
your skills. 👩🏼🔧
- Native Dutch, fluent English; German is a plus.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally in combination with e-commerce/logistics.
- Experience with HubSpot.(or similar CRM)
- Familiar with the SPICED model / consultative selling / frameworks like Winning by Design.
- Experience coaching and managing sales teams.
- Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting and performance optimization.
