Our mission is simple. Become the #1 returns solution in Europe. We are looking for commercial partner management talent who will join us in pushing the limits. Currently, we are active in the Benelux and DACH region and are well on the way to getting a foothold in the rest of Europe. To accomplish this, we are looking for you!

As the ideal candidate you have/are…

  • Experience in eCommerce.
  • 2+ years experience in SaaS.
  • 2-5 years of partner management, sales, and customer success experience.
    • Consultancy experience is very relevant as well.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (in speaking and writing).
  • You are an 'always-on' person with a go-getter and pioneer mentality.
  • Networking is your second nature.

πŸ› οΈ What will you be doing at Returnless?

You will be responsible for the Partner Selection, lead generation, and creating a solid network. Your ultimate goal is bringing in the best leads for sales. Some areas you’ll affect:

  • 🎯 Partner Selection Development - Involves scouting and acquiring new partners, delivering product training, and keeping partners informed about Returnless technology and product updates. The goal is to ensure that partners are working closely to drive business in the best way possible.
    • Partners we ideally work with are (digital) eCommerce agencies, fulfillment centers, consultancy agencies, etc…
  • πŸš€ Sales collaboration - You will work closely with sales to create pitches and proposals for partner-referred deals. In addition, you will act as a return strategy advisor during demo meetings and collaborate with partners to identify cross- and up-sell opportunities.
  • 🌍 Community building - Community building will drive local eCommerce and technology communities. It’s important to make sure that Returnless is known in various fields of expertise like shipping, eCommerce, partnerships, and returns strategy. Keep track of market trends and requirements, and assess competitive positioning.

You will join our commercial team of 5 people and take our partner and sales strategy to the next level. The team's goal is to expand our reach and double our revenue and we need you to crush our targets! The team celebrates successes together and is constantly improving our way of working.
